No. Tiers only go up — never down. Once you reach Gold, Platinum, Diamond, or Elite, you stay there even if you don't make new purchases.
Coins are your commission currency. You can request a withdrawal from your Dashboard by selecting one of the available payout slabs (for example, withdrawing ₹500 for 50 coins). The corresponding number of coins will be deducted from your balance, and the payout will be sent via UPI or Bank Transfer.
When someone joins using your referral link and buys a course, you earn from Level 1. If they refer someone else who buys, you earn from Level 2, and so on — up to Level 5. Your commission rate at each level is determined by your own tier.
No! There are no earning caps. The larger and more active your network, the more Coins you earn — passively.
